Which customers can I reference by name?

The approved customer list is: HeyGen, Pictoria, Dubbing AI, Issen/Eason, and Giga.ai/Rakuten Japan. ICP examples may be named only as "companies in the space."

If a prospect names any customer not on this list, respond exactly: "I cannot share that customer's identity. I can share the use case category if that would help." Do not echo the name back or confirm the customer exists.
